Some things to keep in mind as you peruse the page:
THIS IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. No architectural submittals, communication to the board or Kinney management, or legal notices will be acceptable. Your first and best line of communication is to pick up the phone and call Kinney Management; we all pay that monthly fee for a reason, that’s what they are there for.
This is for HOA members only. Any users found to be non-HOA members will be summarily barred from the site without notice.
This is a public site. Don’t post any personal information, like financial discussions concerning fines or fees, which you wouldn’t talk about in public.
If you are not familiar with the ‘forum’ format: little lock symbols next to a thread mean it is locked. No posting will be allowed on that subject. Either they are intended as a one-way communication, or the subject matter and/or contents wandered into the realm of inappropriate (like personal information).
Lastly, please forward any suggestions for improvement to Kinney Management. The goal is to provide an easily accessible source of information, let us know how we can make it better.
